Concourse House has a Social Service Team that is dedicated to providing each individual family with professional case management and Client Care Coordinators who provide clinical services.  In addition, we have a Housing Specialist that works with each family assisting each family with housing programs and applications. Within 24 hours of arriving the family goes through an intake process where we get to know the needs of each family member.  During a family's stay we work with each member  to provide them with services that include: case management, linkages to programs, referrals to health and medical services, workshops on life skills, networking with outside agencies, educational and job referrals, mental health services and referrals, and any other social service needs.
